Kremer Publications, Inc. values the privacy of its website visitors.  We only collect personal information such as name and e-mail address if it is freely provided on a registration form, order form, blog, or e-mail.  Any information you provide is for internal use only and is not to be made available to any outside company or organization except in instances where it is necessary to complete the transaction.  All credit card information given when placing an order is blocked from access by Kremer Publications, Inc.

Any e-mail addresses provided by the website visitor may be used for future contact by Kremer Publications for further notification, advertising, etc.  Anyone contacted by Kremer Publications, Inc. as a result of e-mail address usage may choose to be removed from the e-mail list at any time.  All e-mail lists will remain the sole property of Kremer Publications, Inc. and will not be sold or shared with any outside company or organization.

When you use a link to go from a Kremer Publications, Inc. site to another company website, the above policy is no longer in effect.

VBS Refund/Return Policy

Kremer Publications, Inc. stands behind its services and products.  Preauthorization is required for all returns.  All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.  Depending on the product purchased, there may be restocking fees.  Some specific music items are not returnable.  If an order is placed on PayPal, refunds usually will be made through PayPal.  Other purchases will receive either a cash return or credit on the account as deemed by Kremer Publications, Inc.
