1. What part of each course is reproducible?

Answer: All of it! You can reproduce all of the materials included on the Course CD as you need them. Make as many copies of the activity sheets and masters as you need. Our completely reproducible course gives you the freedom to grow as your VBS program does.

2. What do I need to use the CD programs?

Answer: You will need a computer with at least Windows 95 on it to run the CD, however, you may have better success if you use windows 98 or later. (Can also be used on Mac OS X.) Since all materials are presented as PDF's, each course also calls for use of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is found on the disk for easy installation if it is needed. You can download a free Acrobat Reader at www.adobe.com.

3. Do I need to be online to run the program?

Answer: No, you do not need to be online.

4. Do I need to download the program into my hard drive?

Answer: NO. However, you may wish to copy certain files to your computer.

5. How does ordering online work?

Answer: There are several steps to ordering online.

  • You must click on the ordering tab found on the bottom of our web pages.
  • Choose the product that you desire and click order or hit your enter key.
  • Fill out the form and click "Pay by credit card with PayPal".
  • At the bottom of the PayPal "Enter Payment Information" page, there is a link titled "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here". Click on that link.
  • Completely fill out the information and your order will be sent to Kremer Publications.
  • Shipped products will be processed within 2 business days. For more information on download products, click here.

6. Can I use the CD on a Macintosh?

Answer: Yes, you can use any of the course CD’s on a Mac as long as you have Adobe Acrobat Reader for Mac.

7. Are there any copyright restrictions?

Answer: All materials on the CD are available to you for reproducing. However, you DO NOT have permission to sell or lend this material to other churches. We design this program to be affordable to all so we trust your compliance with this sharing policy.

8. What if I need further support?

9. What if I have an unusually large margin around my printed sheets?

Answer: This may occur on certain computers. When you are in the Adobe Acrobat program, click on PRINT. This will bring up the print direction screen. You may have an option to check "print full page" or "size to fit". Check on "FULL SCREEN".  You may see “Copies and Adjustments” in the print box.  If so, click on “Auto-Rotate and Center Pages”.

10. Why does it take so long to print?

Answer: Due to the amount of artwork on some pages it may take time to print out a copy. Some suggestions would be to print out ONLY those sheets you need, and then reproduce them on a local copier or Rizograph. Color pages will naturally take longer to print than black/white.

ALSO: If you are simply printing the pages out for review, such as the Teacher Guides, you may wish to set your printer on "DRAFT" or a similar sub-quality setting.

1. In what ways does this material help in our church's promotion?

Answer: Kremer provides several options both on the CD and apart from it.

  • The course CD includes templates for posters, post cards, doorknob hangers and bulletin inserts. The CD is designed to let you type right onto the item shown.
  • Apart from the CD you can purchase full color posters. These 11"x17" colorful posters will get the word out to your community. Call us (1-800- 669-0887), e-mail us or download our order form to place an order.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL LESSONS (back to top)

1. My graphics print reverse. How do I print the images correctly?

Answer: This problem may arise on a few of the lessons. It originates in how a few computers react to the Acrobat Reader. Although Adobe has been aware of the problem, they cannot correct it. We have extra hard copies available for anyone wishing us to mail them.

This problem may be caused by not using the correct version of Adobe Acrobat to read the VBS program files. Be certain that you have the latest versions of Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

2. Do all courses come with color lessons?

Answer: Yes.

3. How do I locate the Bible version I want to use?

Answer: All courses come in both King James Version and New International Version.  When you look at the list of files, choose either the KJV or NIV lessons, activities, devotions, etc.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL COURSE MASTERS (back to top)

1. How do I fill in the forms on the Course Masters?

Answer: Some of the Course Masters make use of PDF forms. This allows you to fill in information on certain Masters. Some of these Masters include the Certificates, Postcards, and Bulletin Inserts. Simply click on the line that you wish to fill in and begin typing.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL MUSIC (back to top)

1. Do I get the listening songs regardless of which way I order?

Answer: YES.  If you order the CD-Rom, you receive a second listening CD in the package.  Each song is also on the course CD in MP3 format.

If you receive the course sent via the internet, you can take the MP3 files and burn them back on to an audio CD.  Your computer however must have the proper CD burning equipment for that to be possible.  (Most new computers come with a CD creator program that will translate MP3s back into a burnable listening CD.)

1. Are logos available?

Answer: Yes, the course CD contains several logo formats for your use.

1. Why are the logos shown backward?

Answer: When printing out the picture on most iron-on paper, you will need to have the picture typeset in reverse.  A forward and backward t-shirt logo comes with each course.  Logos are two-up so you can print them for two shirts at a time.  Kremer Publications does carry the t-shirt iron-on paper. 1. Should I try out the download program...or order the shipped version?

Answer: We recommend that anyone interested in purchasing the download version be fairly computer literate. The file is an approximately 50MB compressed zip folder. It will require a high speed connection to download effectively. The songs are in mp3 format, thus requiring a program to convert to music files or the use of an mp3 compatible player. After ordering, you will receive three e-mails:

  • a receipt from Paypal
  • receipt from sales @ kremerpublications.com
  • download instructions

(NOTE: If you do not want to utilize or download the entire program, there is a link in the "Download E-Mail" that will allow you to view the entire course on-line. You may print the lessons, activities, etc. of your choosing and at your convenience.)Please allow up to one hour to receive the download instructions. Privacy Policy

Refund/Return Policy

Kremer Publications, Inc. stands behind its services and products.  Preauthorization is required for all returns.  All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.  Depending on the product purchased, there may be restocking fees.  Some specific music items are not returnable.  If an order is placed on PayPal, refunds usually will be made through PayPal.  Other purchases will receive either a cash return or credit on the account as deemed by Kremer Publications, Inc.
